Ashley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. She has a love for learning about the human body and for developing the skills necessary to help navigate the impairments that surface throughout life. She is actively engaged in continuing education courses as she pursues her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification.

She was drawn to physical therapy because of her desire to help others live their life to the fullest. During PT school, she was drawn to the world of pelvic health where she felt inspired by a deeper understanding of her own body. She decided to pursue this field of physical therapy because of its impact on an individual’s quality of life. She has made it her mission to empower others, help them learn about their body, and overcome pelvic floor dysfunction.

Although she is originally from California, she lived in Idaho and Utah before coming to Texas. She has enjoyed exploring these states through various outdoor adventures. She looks forward to exploring Texas with her husband, Bryce, and her beautiful baby girl, Ariella.

Sarah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2014. As a proud Army wife, Sarah has had the opportunity to serve as a physical therapist in Kansas, Kentucky and Florida in both skilled nursing facilities and outpatient orthopedic settings. She has enjoyed working with patients with a range of neurological impairments, orthopedic needs and lymphedema management.

Sarah first became interested in pelvic floor physical therapy during her PT program after an influential talk by a pelvic floor therapist. After having her own children, Sarah realized the difficulty of accessing physical therapy during and after pregnancy, even as a physical therapist! She is committed to helping women in all phases of life to learn about pelvic rehabilitation. Sarah is thrilled to join the Lotus Rehab team and work with two wonderful women to serve women of San Antonio.

In her spare time, Sarah and her husband Mike stay busy raising their 5 children. Sarah enjoys traveling, playing piano and is a new fan of pickleball.

Samantha earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Health San Antonio and is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies through individualized, holistic care that supports meaningful and sustainable outcomes across all stages of life. Her commitment to women’s health has grown through clinical mentorship and continued education, as she advances her expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation, dry needling, fertility-focused care, reproductive health, and pregnancy/postpartum corrective exercise.

She believes that improving women’s health creates a ripple effect that strengthens families and communities for generations to come. She is especially drawn to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term whole-body wellness, with an emphasis on education, empowerment, and functional movement.

Outside of the clinic, Samantha loves strength training, hot yoga, exploring new coffee shops, visiting art museums, beach days, and spending time with her husband, Phil, and their corgi, Chloe.

Holly has a true passion for helping people. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Health San Antonio in 2011. She has extensive experience and continuing education in the areas of pelvic health, pediatrics, pregnant and postpartum bodies, and pelvic pain. She uses a number of different treatment approaches including myofascial release, dry needling, corrective exercise, pessary fitting, and kinesiotaping. She has a true heart for learning, thinking outside the box, and approaching clients through a holistic and whole body view. Holly struggled with her own pelvic floor dysfunction after the birth of her first child and has found her true passion toward helping women improve their awareness and understanding of their own bodies to take charge of their health and healing!
